God gives life to the dead
Ezekiel was brought in the spirit to a valley of dry bones. The LORD told him to prophesy life over the dead bones (the house of Israel). As he prophesied the valley of dry bones came to life! Abraham also had a valley of dry bones in his own life, he received a promise to be heir of the world (Rm 4:13), yet he had no son, his body was as good as dead, being almost a hundred years old, and Sarah, his wife's womb was also as good as dead (Rm. 4:19). Yet, God brought what was dead to LIFE and gave Abraham and Sarah a son in their old age. These promises are not just for Abraham and Ezekiel, but for us too! Therefore, the promise comes by FAITH, so that it may be by grace and may be guaranteed to all Abraham’s offspring—...to those who have the faith of Abraham.
