With God all things are possible-Mark 10:27

Two years ago I traveled with my girlfriends, Spencer and Shawna through India, Bangladesh and Nepal, but there was one more country on our list to shake with the Love of Christ . . . BHUTAN. Little did we know to visit the only Buddhist Kingdom in the world we were required to pay $250 USD per day!!!! I felt drawn to minister in this country and prayed a simple prayer…”God, $250 USD per day is too much for me…but with YOU all things are possible.

Hiking to Tiger's Nest . . . BHUTAN
After Michael and I were married we prayed for different countries around the world…including Bhutan. Soon after, I received an email from a friend asking if we would go to Bhutan with them all expenses paid!

This past June 25th Michael and I were able to go to Bhutan for four days. We saw God move in mighty ways as we shared the gospel with our guide inside a monastery and saw him accept Christ. Our guide even said he would invite us to come back to his country for FREE as his friend.

Singing worship with Jacob at Grace Orphan Home

A few weeks ago I was again reminded that with God all things are possible. We received a sponsor who said they would match dollar for dollar up to $75,000 USD to help build Grace Orphan Home and Vision Church in Dulikehl, to total $150,000.

I prayed the same prayer as I did two years ago with Bhutan…”God, $75,000 USD is too much for me…but with YOU all things are possible.

If 1,500 people give a one-time gift of $50 USD then our goal of $75,000 will be met and matched.

I am reminded that looking after orphans is pure and faultless religion (James 1:27) and furthermore, the Lord implores His people to, “Learn to do good; seek justice, correct oppression; bring justice to the fatherless…” (Isaiah 1:17)

Praying for God's provision to build the Children
Home and church

We are currently planning the details of this project and will let you know details of how and when you can give.

Pray for Sarah at Lighthouse Children Home in Varanasi, India.
The doctor said her liver is swelling (hepatomegaly) because
she was previously malnourished as she lived the harsh life
as a street kid.

School has recently started for the children in India,
Bangladesh and Nepal. It costs around $150 USD to sponsor
education for one child for the school year.
