Tentative Schedule for Nepal India Mission Trip

March 24 Team arrives in Kathmandu

March 25 Attend Binay CHURCH – Visit two Children's Home

March 26 – Drive 6-7 hours to a remote village (Newakot). Encourage the local Believers. 

March 27—Drive to nearby village. Paint widows house, hike around, encourage believers. In the evening share at the local church. 

March 28—Drive to Gorkha 3-4 hours. See Michael’s home church--Hike across the river to a village- Chepitar. Share with the children and church. 

March 29—Hike from Chepitar to Kuraechaur (1 hour) conference at Bijay church – Michael’s grandpa planted this church. Conference from 10 AM-3PM. 

Other's go to a local school to teach English class.

March 30—Drive to Chitwan- flat land (3-4 hours). Elephant Safari Ride, Walk along river –take a boat ride to see alligators. BEAUTIFUL sunset and eat dinner on the beach, Celebrate Krista and Tavi's Birthday!!!
6 PM Cultural Show

March 31—7 AM àSewing Session with 12-15 woman (they know how to sew). Theme: Practical learning and Using Your Sewing as a Tool to Share the Gospel. Empowering Nepali Women – giving them skills to be self supportive.

10 AM- 2 PM-Team goes to a local school to teach English class.

Evening Fellowship at Nepali’s house. Encourage the believer’s/share testimonies. Eat at the Nepali’s house. Celebrate Krista’s Birthday!!!  

April 1—attend new church plant. After Church bus and train down to India. 

April 2-6 Spend time at Lighthouse Children's Home and Gypsy Snake community

April 7 - 12 –Fly to Hydrabad, India-- Encourage the local Church, Worship Nights, Village Outreach.

  • Power and presence of God to manifest in our lives

Earthquake Update

All these girls homes were destroyed  Thank you for all your prayers and support A quick update.  Michael and I have been able to partner with our friends, family and church to bring relief to villages and people who's lives have been turned upside down with this earthquake. Tomorrow morning we are leaving with a team for Ghorka, the center where the earthquake hit and near Michael's childhood village. We will be a part of a team bringing much needed supplies, food, and shelter to people in need.  Please keep us in your prayers, that we release God's love and hope to these people. Uganda

Rudra, our new brother in Christ! It was my first time to Africa.   I was excited to see what God had for us. Before our journey began, we met a Nepali man --> at the airport who was going to Qatar for work.  He looked very normal and gentle-spirited. We began to talk. He was very surprised and happy to find out that my wife was a foreigner. Our conversation went deep and we opened our hearts and thoughts about faith. I shared God’s love and after nearly 45 minutes I asked him, if he’d like to invite Jesus into his life. And he said YES! The story doesn't stop here.   God was taking us on a journey to release His presence and share His goodness in different places from the… Border of Uganda and Congo… Worship before evangelism Praying with this Muslim lady to accept Jesus.
