Merry Christmas!!!

Now after Jesus was born in Bethlehem...wise men from the East came to Jerusalem, 2 saying, “Where is He who has been born King of the Jews? For we have seen His star in the East and have come to worship Him.” 
Matthew 2:1-2

It's interesting to look at how God chose to bring His Son into the world...He chose a young unknown girl, Mary to bear His child...He was not born in a palace, but a stable surrounded by animals (as I think about how I want to bring my baby into the world, a stable sounds frightening). AND He announced the birth of His son, not to the important people of that time but to a few shepherds who were low class citizens, yet somehow three wise men figured out what was going on and they travelled hundreds of miles to seek out the King of kings to worship Him and bring Him gifts.

God's ways are so much higher than ours, yet He reveals it to those who are seeking, He chooses the weak things to shame the strong, the foolish things to shame the wise and the poor things of this world to shame the strong. - 1 Cor. 1:27

Let's search and seek like the wisemen for the things God is doing in this time and "come to worship HIM."


What's been going on in Nepal


Our 2 day youth training was amazing, however Shiyrah got very sick (throwing up) and being a first time mommy, I was very terrified since we were hours from a hospital. I wanted to cancel the trainings but God taught me to surrender my baby over to Him and trust Him. Next time we need more prayer support because the enemy does not like what we are doing. Thankfully the trainings went well as worship teams from 6 different churches attended the trainings.

  back to Nepal...back to America and finally back to Nepal 
we finally moved into Shiyrah's first home Dec. 10.
 It's small but cozy! Thankful!

  • We are looking for another L2W Staff to help with discipleship trainings, children homes and village outreach. 
  • Michael is recording some of his new songs. Pray that it touches the church and youth of Nepal. 
  • Fun time in Dubai with my family Dec. 28-January 9. 
  • Pray that our guest house will have business. Dwelling Place Guest House
  • Preparation for upcoming worship trainings in 2018. 
  • Wisdom about where to give birth as we check out the hospitals.

Earthquake Update

All these girls homes were destroyed  Thank you for all your prayers and support A quick update.  Michael and I have been able to partner with our friends, family and church to bring relief to villages and people who's lives have been turned upside down with this earthquake. Tomorrow morning we are leaving with a team for Ghorka, the center where the earthquake hit and near Michael's childhood village. Uganda

Rudra, our new brother in Christ! It was my first time to Africa.   I was excited to see what God had for us. Before our journey began, we met a Nepali man --> at the airport who was going to Qatar for work.  He looked very normal and gentle-spirited. We began to talk. He was very surprised and happy to find out that my wife was a foreigner. Our conversation went deep and we opened our hearts and thoughts about faith. I shared God’s love and after nearly 45 minutes I asked him, if he’d like to invite Jesus into his life. And he said YES! The story doesn't stop here.   God was taking us on a journey to release His presence and share His goodness in different places from the… Border of Uganda and Congo… Worship before evangelism Praying with this Muslim lady to accept Jesus.
