We are helping people from our church who are affected by the lockdown...Meet Buwan & Chendi


They attend our church and weekly Bible Study. Chendi (right) grew up at one of the children's homes we support.  She married Buwan (left) a year ago. L2W sponsored them to attend a 5 month Discipleship Training School. Now they are 5 months pregnant. Because the entire country is under strict lockdown, they called our church saying they had no food left and no money as her husband could not work. There are many people in our church and neighborhood who are affected by the lockdown. L2W is partnering with our church and local government office to help those who are in need. Help us help them.

We currently support 5 Children's Orphan Homes. Please pray for their spiritual growth and God's continual provision.

The kids from all the homes are doing well. Though the country is on lockdown, the kids have have been enjoying their daily life in God’s Presence. “My Family Home” has been reading from Psalm 91 and have been memorizing the whole chapter during the lockdown. 

 “Lighthouse Children's Home” in India and “Bihari Home”, Bangladesh have been reading from Romans and Genesis as they gather together every day for devotion, 

Sadhana from “ My Family Home” said that God has been teaching her to Trust Him and draw closer to Him. His plans are THE BEST even if we have to go through hard times.

Earthquake Update

All these girls homes were destroyed  Thank you for all your prayers and support A quick update.  Michael and I have been able to partner with our friends, family and church to bring relief to villages and people who's lives have been turned upside down with this earthquake. Tomorrow morning we are leaving with a team for Ghorka, the center where the earthquake hit and near Michael's childhood village. We will be a part of a team bringing much needed supplies, food, and shelter to people in need.  Please keep us in your prayers, that we release God's love and hope to these people. Uganda

Rudra, our new brother in Christ! It was my first time to Africa.   I was excited to see what God had for us. Before our journey began, we met a Nepali man --> at the airport who was going to Qatar for work.  He looked very normal and gentle-spirited. We began to talk. He was very surprised and happy to find out that my wife was a foreigner. Our conversation went deep and we opened our hearts and thoughts about faith. I shared God’s love and after nearly 45 minutes I asked him, if he’d like to invite Jesus into his life. And he said YES! The story doesn't stop here.   God was taking us on a journey to release His presence and share His goodness in different places from the… Border of Uganda and Congo… Worship before evangelism Praying with this Muslim lady to accept Jesus.
